Dendrobium laevefolium is a warm/intermediate growing species related to Dendrobium cuthbertsonii. Laevefolium will typically flower on the older pseudobulbs that have dropped their leaves, but will also sometimes flower on the newer bulbs with foliage. This is the less common yellow/cream color form of the species. It will grow with the same vigor as the purple flower form. These plants are flowering size in 3" pots, planted with New Zealand and will begin to flower this June. The flowers typically last for up to 5 months.
