Dendrobium laevefolium purple type

Dendrobium laevefolium is a warm/intermediate growing species related to Dendrobium cuthbertsonii. Laevefolium will typically flower on the older pseudobulbs that have dropped their leaves, but will also sometimes flower on the newer bulbs with foliage. These plants are large flowering size in 4" net pots, planted with New Zealand and will begin to flower this June. The flowers typically last for up to 5 months.
