Dendrobium papilio

These are seedlings of a crossing of a selected plant from the Orchids Limited strain with the awarded 'Vistamont' AM-CCE/AOS clone. Both are the large flowered forms with 4-5" flowers. The seedlings have been treated with Oryzalin, hoping for some tetraploid plants. The seedlings are in 2 1/2" clay pots with 2-3 canes and are 1-2 years from flowering, and are extremely vigorous growing. The 'Vistamont' clone is pictured.
